Objective

Our client, the largest mobile and internet provider in Ecuador, wanted to build a mobile app that delivered value to its small business customers and consumers, as well as providing an online and mobile directory listing to eliminate the need for them to print annual phone directories.

Approach

We conducted a full technology audit across their existing infrastructure and identified the technologies and platforms that the business currently use to manage and store listing and customer data. We then conducted market research to understand the needs of small businesses in Ecuador and identify what sort of mobile app and digital marketing tools would benefit them.

This enabled us to design a solution that met the needs of all their customers and could be deployed with minimal impact and fully integrated into their existing technical ecosystem.
